I have attended other F45 locations in the past and have not had as engaging teachers so this was awesome. I will be back to sign up for more in the future :)"

Great review from Maninder... "I was looking to get back to working out but was intimidated to join F45. Finally decided to join and I’m very happy I did. Coaches are friendly and very helpful. Good, positive energy in the studio from members and the team. I am looking forward to the progress I’ll be making this year."

Great review from Roberta... "Excellent place to take care of the body, stress and relax the mind. Coaches are very good, help us with mistakes, replace movements when we are not comfortable and give us encouragement when we are exhausted!
