Hey guys! Long time no-workout-together! I'm still here recovering from a broken foot. I definitely don't recommend it unless you want to take a year off everything!

Anyways, I'd love to catch up with you all. If you can, join Sandra and I after class, Thursday June 18th at for a visit! (this was previously scheduled for Monday but I had to change to Thursday)

It's been a minute since we've had REFIT dance cardio classes, and I'M SO EXCITED to bring it to the community for the month of June.

I expect there will be many to rock it out and party (aka workout) every Tuesday evening at 6PM. ARE YOU COMING?

It's true!!! REFIT is returning to our Tuesday evening classes for the month of June. Starting next Tuesday June 2, we are plugging in the party lights, cranking up some fun tunes and dancing (working out) to make our hearts happy and healthy. No weights or mats needed, just you!!! Never tried a dance cardio class before? Now is the time!

REV+Flow will continue to be held for our morning classes. :)

Practising at home as an instructor, comes in various forms. No matter what it looks like, the music speaks and the moves settle into place. It's important to me to pick songs I enjoy moving and/or singing along to. I hope it translates onto the floor at class that I love what I do!
