The weather may have been hot and humid today, but that didn't stop our BRAVE athletes from getting in a great workout!

They showed up, put in the effort, and stayed focused on getting better. The conditions might make the workout a little tougher, but hard work doesn't take a day off.

As a Canadian legendary rock song says, “Everybody’s Working for the Weekend!” 🎶

Our BRAVE athletes have put in a great week in the gym, but the work doesn't stop when the weekend arrives!

Keep moving and stay active, whether you're getting in an extra skate, hitting the soccer or baseball field, getting a workout in at home , or heading out for a long bike ride.

The weekend is a chance to have fun, enjoy the summer, and keep building on the work you've already put in.
