I love to find open churches on my travels. A place to be quiet in big noisy cities. Especially welcoming after 5 hours of travel. Bus PEI, swoop plane, UPS train, brief stop in Toronto and GO train to Barrie and automobile. YES, my Mom picked me up at the GO station!

On my way to the big smoke, Toronto. I took the bus from Summerside for 2 bucks. What a friendly system. I found art at Charlottetown Airport.

Fun event!

This past week we set up several acoustic monitors and completed a driving transect to help us collect some information on bat species within our watershed. These monitors are able to detect high frequency bat calls, which can be identified using special software that turns the sounds into visual representations called sonograms. 🦇
