Over The Deep End is an indoor aquatic fitness studio that offers a large variety of classes from Boot camp style to therapy swims

Over The Deep End is a heated indoor pool that offers programs for all ages. We offer a variety of aqua fit classes from Boot Camp, water yoga, to classes specifically designed for beginners. Do you have a 9-13 year old seeking more independence before the upcoming summer months? The Red Cross Home Alone course teaches youth the skills for making safe decisions, how to deal with unexpected situations, basic first aid and when/how to get help if needed while home alone.

We have 2 dates open for this course:

We won't lie... we did a little cheer,
"The last class is here! The last class is here!"
A happy dance was definitely done,
Because even mermaids need a little summer fun.

But truth be told, our pool won't feel the same,
Without all our aqua queens calling out our name. Another year of laughs, splashes, gossip, and grit, Thanks for making magic out of every aqua fit.

Some came as customers, that much is true,
But somewhere between the noodles and deep-water moves, we all became a crew.
Now we're lucky enough to call you our friends,
And that's our favourite part in the deep end.

While you're off enjoying sunshine, beaches, and summer delight,
Malyn will be in the pool teaching little swimmers morning to night.
From cannonballs to kickboards, the kiddos will take over the lane, While Teresa's in the garden plotting new workouts to make us sweat again!

Wishing everyone a summer filled with laughter, sunshine, and fun, You've made this aqua-fit season an unforgettable one.
Thank you for another amazing year of splashing around together —
We're already looking forward to seeing you in September!

Our future physicians brought their A-game to the pool tonight! I think they will be prescribing aqua fit to all their patients!

Another discovery week at Strathroy Middlesex Hospital. We welcome all the future physicians to our friendly town! Malyn and I will be showing them how to have fun mermaid 🧜‍♀️ style Wednesday night with a friendly game of water 💦 basketball 🏀 just like all our aqua fitters this week!!

I’ve been running the Red Cross Home Alone & Babysitters course for 12 years and am excited to announce some June course dates!!

Home Alone course:
- ages 9-13
- Includes manual/completion certificate
- $70 per child

Babysitters Course:
- ages 11-15
- Includes manual/completion certificate
- $95 per child

Today we had a breakfast of champions at Caradoc Sands with all our kids swim instructors; your little ones are in good hands with this Dream Team!

Let me make the introductions...

Kylie Weaver has been teaching in the Deep End for 7 years; don't let her soft spoken, calm demeanor fool you; she is in teachers’ college for a reason!

Good natured and always smiling; Izaak Veerman has the facial expressions to match his enthusiasm; this guy makes everyone want to get in the water!

Alayna Beaudoin LOVES swimming and everything to do with pool, "the best part of her Friday is coming to teach kids lessons" - and that's a quote!

We promise there are NO sharks in the water when Joe (Joseph Demars) is teaching; his sense of humour can make a splash; but this gentle giant keeps calm even with the most nervous swimmer!

Lily Beaudion loves nature and all things outdoors; but when shes in the pool she is fully engaged with the little ones; teaching skills and playing games!

Abby Parsons just went Over the Deep End this year and has dove right into becoming a fabulous instructor, she teaches by example - and what a great example she is!

Mackenzie Hicks has plans to become a criminal lawyer and with her clear directions and determined voice; I am willing to bet she will win more cases than not!

Claire Van Geffen will be joining our team in the Fall, she is kind, enthusiastic and has an infectious smile that belongs at Over The Deep End!

Of course; that just leaves one..... me, Malyn; I have been teaching kids swimming lessons for half my life -yikes, that makes me sound old! I love what I do and I am grateful to spend my days doing what I love!
