Four Moons Training Our innovative classes are inspired by years leading and developing athletes in the sport of gymnastics.

We are a sport, creative movement and conditioning gym that aims to ignite passion, instill confidence and enhance the mental and physical capabilities of every member of our team. Owner, and coach, Sara Moons has spent nearly 25 years building training regiments for athletes at every level. With the guidance of our coaches, this fundamental conditioning will complement any sport or discipline. Let us help you link mental training with physical preparation.

On August 21, Coach Sara was invited as a clinician for Gymnastics Ontario at the 2026 Summer Developmental Camp. Sharing her expertise in artistic preparation, Sara instructed alongside some of her peers and Canada's top coaches.

Summer is almost here, and our Imagination Station has a special treat for you!

We are excited to welcome Sarah from Strawbubs, who will be joining us to lead sessions in dance, drama, and singing. We look forward to seeing her help our students stir up their creative juices and bring these performances to life.
