Our newly added yoga and pilates classes have gone over so well that we wanted to share more information about them in case you or someone you know wants to try it out. more than delivers amazing classes, we hope you invest in yourself by trying a class!
Yoga Flow: yoga flow is a Hatha style dynamic, breath-led practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind. The class links postures together in a smooth, continuous sequence, encouraging mindful movement and a steady rhythm of breath.
Mat Pilates: This full-body mat Pilates workout is a low-impact yet highly effective session designed to strengthen, lengthen, and balance the entire body. Using controlled movements and focused breathing, the class targets the core, glutes, legs, arms, and back while improving posture, flexibility, and body awareness.
