Update: Thank you to all who have supported Grassroots yoga studio. I am sad to announce, we have closed the studio space.
We started this little studio just a few months before Covid hit and I would be remiss to say it has not been an easy time.
Yoga is such a gift to our wellness and health. I hope you continue your practice and enjoy the other studios in Stratford and St. Mary’s. Thank you again for all the love and laughter 🙏❤️

Chair Yoga live in person is back!

Join Mike Odbert for one hour of guided yoga in chairs. Offered by donation each Tuesday from 2-3 pm for the months of November and December .
