We’re proud to celebrate our coaches for recently completing their NCCP Foundations Introduction and Foundations Artistic Gymnastics coaching courses! 👏🤸

The National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) helps coaches build the knowledge and skills needed to create safe, positive, and effective learning environments for athletes. These courses focus on areas such as athlete development, skill progressions, safety, lesson planning, and coaching techniques specific to gymnastics.

A huge thank you to Cornwall Gymnastics Club and Quinte Bay Gymnastics Club for hosting these courses and supporting coach development within the gymnastics community! 💜

WOW! 🤩 We were absolutely blown away by how quickly classes filled on registration day!

BIG day over here!

The truck pulled up and our spring floor officially arrived 🚛✨

Seeing all the pieces makes it feel very real.

We can already picture the skills, the progress, and the confidence that’s about to be built on this floor 💜

Huge shoutout to everyone who helped unload and carry all those heavy pieces—we seriously appreciate you 🙌

Welcome to 65 Albert Street- the future home of OnStage Gymnastics 💜

We’re still very much in our “before” era, but we couldn’t be more excited to start this transformation. Big things are coming, and we can’t wait to bring this space to life.

Thank you so much for sharing in the excitement around our newest adventure, On Stage Gymnastics Club 💜 The support and enthusiasm we’ve received already truly means the world as we work to bring this program to life!

Hi! I’m Lindsay Otto, and I’ll be the Head Coach & Club Manager. I grew up in gymnastics and am fully trained and certified as a coach. I’ve previously run the gymnastics program at the YMCA and the acro dance program at On Stage Dance Studio.
I’m incredibly excited to build a high-quality, positive gymnastics environment that supports movement development, confidence, and a love of physical activity at every age and stage.

📅 Registration is planned to open May 19
(Current On Stage Dance students will have priority access starting May 18)

We’ll be sharing more details soon as schedules are finalized and our full website launches. If you’re on our mailing list—you’re already ahead of the game!

🚧 Construction is set to begin next month (such an exciting step!), so be sure to follow along here and on Facebook for updates and behind-the-scenes progress.

Hey!! I’m Lindsay 💜

Club Manager + Head Coach at On Stage Gymnastics

I was going through some old things and found the last leotard I competed in, along with some medals and a bunch of photos… instant flashback 🥹

Gymnastics has always had a way of sticking with me and it’s a big part of why we’re so excited to be opening our doors this September ✨

It still feels a little surreal, but I seriously can’t wait to get in the gym and start building something special with our gymnasts 💜

Thanks so much for being here this early- it means everything as we get started 🙌
