McKenzie's Meals and Motivation Interested in some healthy meals and recipes? I'm excited to start sharing my passion with you! Let's just say my diet is complicated!

Here will be an ordering section, as well as, recipes that are allergen friendly, gluten free, dairy free, and just YUMMY! I started this journey to not only motivate myself but motivate others on their own journey! I have so many allergies along with Celiac Disease, Lactose-intorancey, and most recently IBS. I hope to find a new level of fitness I haven't seen since high school, but more importantly, I want to find a place where I am happy and satisfied with myself!

What a difference 5 months makes. When I started my 1st program it was solely to lose weight. Honestly, after my first program, I was a little peeved that I had gained 2 lbs. But I could feel the difference in my energy level and the way my clothes were fitting.

I'm somebody who always needs a goal or something to work towards. Every time I start an accountability group, I have a goal.

5 months ago, I knew I would gain some strength and lose inches or weight. But what I didn't know is that I'd gain confidence in myself; I'd be proud of my journey; I'd make the challenges success; and I'd find a group of people to keep me going!

I'm looking for 5 ladies who want to gain confidence in themselves and become proud of themselves to join my FREE week long accountability group starting Aug. 7.

They said it'd be fun, not easy! Trust me when I say, I am not a morning person. I do not like getting out of bed. But there is nothing like the feeling of having a workout in by 6:45 am.
