CF24 x URBAN STRENGTH

We are thrilled to announce Urban Strength will be participating in in Support of Special Olympics. ♥️

Special Olympics Canada is focused and dedicated to those with intellectual disabilities to have opportunities in sports. They are all about creating community that fosters athletes to pursue their full potential.

CrossFit gyms across Canada will do one workout every hour on the hour - attainable for all members. Friends and family are welcome. If you cannot participate you are more than welcome to donate and cheer on our members!

🗓️ Saturday October 14th, 1pm-7pm
Can’t join us for all? Come when you can. It is not mandatory to do all 6 WODS - do what you can!

🖥️ Sign up & Cost : $50 - Part of your cost for each registered participant will include your donation to the cause and a CF 24 shirt!

We hope y’all enjoyed your long weekend
… now let’s get back to work💥💥

This week we are starting a new Olympic lifting cycle. We will be testing 1RM Clean & Jerk, Sn**ch and Shoulder Press to use for percentage work over the next 8 weeks. We will also spend some skill time on Toes to Bar - stripping back to the basics and progressing through the cycle. We’re about to get a whole lot stronger, see you tomorrow Urban. 🤟🏼
