Strength will ALWAYS be an advantage. So why not give it to yourself?
Because our self-defence classes are ongoing and not just one-off seminars, we have the luxury of helping our students build themselves up into stronger, tougher, fitter versions of themselves - which not only makes their physical self-defence skills more effective, it also makes them a less likely target.
We consistently get feedback from our students that they feel so much stronger after training with us. Their making leaps in their physical fitness that they never even dreamed of. One girl went from a handful of knee push-ups to being able to crank out 30 solid toe push-ups with impeccable form.
