It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of our club president Patty. Patty was an active member for over 30 years as a dancer, pusher, board member and for the past 25 years club president. Patty shared her passion for inclusion through her love of music and dance and meeting the social and recreational needs for persons for disabilities, through creating unique dance opportunities, while breaking down barriers to participation.
Patty was instrumental for over 30 years ensuring inclusion at many National Square Dance conventions leading a team of those with varying abilities to travel near and far who require adaptive devices to participate on the grand stage and bring awareness of inclusion and disability education.
