Some sisters weave connection and softness.

The Warrior isn't about being the strongest in the room.

It's about the part of you that feels alive when you are working towards something. The version of you that shows up nervous and leaves proud!

You might feel warrior energy when you crave structure, challenges, or repitition. Or when effort itself feels rewarding.

And just like the Explorer family, this isn't all that you are. We all have Warrior pieces, for some it just means a little more.

You might feel like an Explorer when you're new in class, experimenting with a new movement, or simply wanting something different.

Some of us will be explorers for our entire pole, aerial, or movement journey. But that's one of the things I love about it... There's always something new to try.
