👉This June 18th–22nd, our team is thrilled to head back to the Cree Nation of Waswanipi for a special 4-day wellness workshop! We’ll be offering:

• Engaging fitness classes
• Practical nutrition tips
• Movement and mobility exercises
• Strategies for lifelong healthy habits

After the success of our previous visits, we’re eager to provide more hands-on experiences and ongoing support—helping community members take ownership of their health and deepen connections with one another. We’re honoured to be welcomed again and look forward to sharing stories and highlights after our return! 💜
