Workouts got me like…

Chest day: walking around like a prize rooster. 🐔

Back day: channeling my inner silverback. 🦍

Shoulder day: trying to become a boulder. 🪨

Leg day: looking like a dog dragging its back legs across the floor. 🐕😂

No matter how much I dread it, leg day still gets done. Because strong legs aren’t built by skipping them… they’re built by questioning every life choice while walking down the stairs the next day. 💀💪

Two weeks.
That’s it.
Yet the progress, confidence, effort, and support I’ve already seen from this group of ladies has been incredible. ❤️
They show up ready to work, push through challenges, cheer each other on, and bring an energy that makes coaching so rewarding.
Fitness isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up consistently, and these women are doing exactly that.
I can’t wait to see where the next six weeks take them.
Keep showing up. Keep believing in yourselves. You’re all doing amazing. 💪✨

Unfortunately, my body prefers to hold its breath, make weird noises, and question every life decision during the last few reps.

Right now, I am choosing me.

This is my time to shine.

When I step on that stage, I’ll know I gave this journey everything I had. Every early morning, every workout, every meal, every sacrifice—it will all be worth it.

I still have a long way to go, but the progress I’ve made so far reminds me why I started. The changes aren’t just physical; they’re proof of the commitment, discipline, and determination I’ve built along the way.

This journey hasn’t been easy, but nothing truly worthwhile ever is. And for the first time in a long time, I’m not just chasing a goal—I’m becoming the person I was always capable of being.

The stage is the destination, but the person I’m becoming along the way is the real victory. 💪✨

I was once feeling lost and not like myself.

I knew something needed to change.

I wanted to be able to walk at a brisk pace without my hip flexor pulling. I wanted to keep up with my nieces and nephews without feeling exhausted.

What started as a desire to move better became so much more.

One small decision turned into a journey of strength, confidence, and self-discovery. It wasn’t about being perfect—it was about becoming a little better every day.

Looking back, I’m grateful I chose to start, even when it felt hard. The person I am today is proof that small, consistent actions can create incredible change.

If you’re feeling stuck right now, know that your story doesn’t have to stay the same. One step can change everything.

There’s something special about training outdoors.

Fresh air, sunshine, challenging workouts, and a group of people who show up ready to support, encourage, and push each other to be their best.

Every bootcamp reminds me that fitness is about so much more than exercise. It’s about community, accountability, laughter, and celebrating every win—big or small.

I’m incredibly grateful for this amazing group. Watching everyone grow stronger, more confident, and more connected each week is exactly why I love what I do.

The energy is unmatched, the support is genuine, and the results speak for themselves.

Here's to many more outdoor workouts, sweaty high-fives, and goals turned into reality. 💪☀️

Join me in Stirling for 8 weeks of outdoor workouts designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to challenge yourself, modifications will always be provided.
