Workouts got me like…
Chest day: walking around like a prize rooster. 🐔
Back day: channeling my inner silverback. 🦍
Shoulder day: trying to become a boulder. 🪨
Leg day: looking like a dog dragging its back legs across the floor. 🐕😂
No matter how much I dread it, leg day still gets done. Because strong legs aren’t built by skipping them… they’re built by questioning every life choice while walking down the stairs the next day. 💀💪
