Open season is here! We have had about 30 people get their workout scores done already for 26.1!!! Plus lots of extra members who got to do it for today’s WOD 😁

How do we like this workout??

If you are signed up for the Open (it’s not too late) then we will make sure you have a judge and may need to do a couple heats in classes. Maybe COMMENT what class you want to come to!

Be prepared by reviewing the movement standards so you can make every rep count! If you can’t come tomorrow let us know and we can organize another time.

If you aren’t doing the open, you can still come to class! We appreciate everyone’s patience on Fridays for these 3 weeks 😁 We love our community!
