We harvested this ancient bear this last spring that could have the biggest skull we have taken yet. The green score of the skull measured just over 22”, and I can’t wait to get its official score and age.
If you look closely at the teeth he has left, it is clear this bear might not have made it through another winter. He was starting to lose weight and was blind in one eye.
Nothing goes to waste on these magnificent animals, including the meat and fat.
