The Eight Limbs remind us that yoga is a way of living, not just a way of moving. Tonight, through hospitality, gratitude, and shared food, we practiced yoga in its truest form—creating connection. A table became a community, strangers became friends, and a meal became a reminder that we are all more alike than we are different. I am deeply grateful.

This class is free for anyone aged 55+.

If you’re under 55 and would still like to join us, you are absolutely welcome! The drop-in fee is $15. Please bring cash or send an e-transfer to 204-290-5336 before class begins.

We will also be offering a gentle, relaxing Yoga Flow class immediately following this class, this is not part of the 55+ program, everyone is welcome to attend the cost is $15.

💜 Drop-in Fee: $15 one class
💜 Attend Both Classes: $25
