I got a message recently from a fellow trainer who had a few clients who wouldn’t follow her understandable barn rules and were blatantly disrespecting her and her business. She confronted them and they got mad at her.

She asked for my advice…

Your barn. Your rules. No amount of money is worth the stress, your peace or your mental health. If they don’t respect you, your space, your rules, it’s time to move on and make space for the right clients.

Rip off the bandaid. It sucks, at the time, but you’ll be surprised at how much easier it is to breathe when it’s over.

Your mental health is priceless, everything else in your life stems from it.

Don’t sell yourself short.
