2-Minute Apple Crumble π
Ingredients:
-1 apple, diced
-Lemon juice, just a little splash
-Cinnamon, go heavy
-Β½ cup quick oats
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-3β4 tbsp water
-Β½ cup Greek yogurt
Directions:
Dice up 1 apple and add it to a microwave-safe bowl.
Add a little splash of lemon juice.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
Microwave for 1 minute.
In a separate bowl, mix together Β½ cup oats, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, more cinnamon, and 3β4 tbsp water.
Stir until it forms a crumble-like mixture.
Add the crumble mixture on top of the warm apples.
Microwave for another 1 minute.
Top with Β½ cup Greek yogurt and a little extra cinnamon.
Enjoy warm!!
