If anyone has an extra pair of knee sleeves in their bag after the weekend, please let me know. I also found a blue belt that I think is a lever. It looks to be a smaller size.

I would like to thank all volunteers, athletes and coaches who were a part of the 2015 Eastern Canadian Powerlifting and Bench Press Championships. This was one of the most memorable events I have run with respect to having help and as an event director, it takes so much stress off ensuring everything goes well. The Holiday Inn was great once again hosting Nationals earlier in the year and making it easy to come back for Eastern's. Also a special thank you to our sponsors, without your help, I couldn't run such a great event at such high standards. The group of volunteers held up quality expected in much higher level meets and at one point I turned 2-3 people away because I had so many. Without each and everyone of you, I couldn't have made it look easy but I assure anyone looking on, it was not. Thank you all for your continued support. Hoping I can continue to work with you all in the future.

Lifting begins tomorrow, Friday September 25th 6:30pm at The Holiday Inn!

Lifters please ensure you are on time for your weigh in and that you have all your (1) openers in kilograms along with your (2) rack heights ready for whomever is doing your weigh in- this allows the process to run a lot smoother.

Good Morning Everyone! With the event approaching we encourage all potential lifters to inspect their equipment and ensure it is in compliance with CPU regulations. The link to the CPU is listed on this page.

We are not 100% sure that our friends at Inner Strength or ER Canada will be in attendance and as a contingency we have been thinking of doing orders if they are not available to attend.

If you are thinking this would benefit you or your friends, drop us a message here. We will look into this based on the responses we get.
