Your upper back deserves more attention than it's getting. 😜

Stronger pulling muscles and better shoulder control.

Save these three and put them to work.

THE PARK EQUIPMENT IS CALLING YOUR NAME TOO. 😜

A bench, a low beam, and five ways to get moving while the kids play.

Build some leg strength. Challenge your balance. Give your core a job. Then see if the kids want to join in. Just a fair warning, they’ll probably turn it into a competition. 😂

You don’t need to squeeze a whole workout into every outing. But a few moves between “WATCH ME!” and “MOM, LOOK!”? That works. 💪

Save this for your next park trip.

Somewhere along the way, I think we forget that we're allowed to love our bodies WHILE we're working on getting stronger.

Not when we reach a certain weight.
Not when our muscles look a certain way.
RIGHT NOW.

And it's a whole lot better when you stop worrying about what everyone else thinks. 😜💪

10/19/2026

HOW MANY MONDAYS ARE YOU GONNA DO THIS? 👀

You say you’re starting. Then you spend half your workout time figuring out what the hell to do.

And honestly that sucks. I've been there and never doing it again.

Let’s get you on your plan.

EVOLVE gives you 4 workouts a week, exercise demos, and a progressive strength plan you can follow right in the app.

Open it. Know what you’re doing. Get to work. 💪

You’ve spent enough Mondays thinking about it. Come train with us.

Comment EVOLVE and we’ll send you the details.

Let’s give this Monday a different ending. 😏

10/18/2026

“I wish I’d started sooner.”
That’s a heavy sentence.

Because we can buy heavier weights. We can make time for another workout. But we can’t go back five years and give ourselves the strength we kept putting off building.

And OMG, we’re good at putting it off.

When work settles down.
When the kids get older.
When we have more energy.
When Monday rolls around and apparently delivers a whole new personality. 😜

Meanwhile, we keep saying we want to feel stronger. Feel better in our clothes. Go hiking without wondering if we’ll make it back. Lift something without immediately looking around for help.

Those things matter enough to make room for.

Yep, training takes effort. We have to pick up the weights. Do the reps. And keep showing up when getting started feels like a negotiation.

But every time we follow through, we give ourselves something to build on.

A few more reps.
A little more weight.
The confidence to try something we would’ve talked ourselves out of six months ago.

We start noticing it outside our workouts, too. Carrying the groceries. Getting up off the floor. Saying yes to the longer trail because we trust our legs to take us there.

That’s a pretty good return on a few hours of our week.

We don’t need to spend every day in the gym. We DO need to give our strength a regular spot in our lives and stop handing that spot to everything else.

Because a year from now, “Look what I can freaking do” is going to feel a whole lot better than “I wish I’d started.”

Let’s give ourselves the chance to say it. 💪

Just making sure you haven’t let that number on the scale talk more s**t than it deserves. 👀

You lifted heavier. You made it up the hill without stopping. You said “I’ve got it” and picked the damn thing up yourself.

PLEASE tell me you’re counting that.

Want to look good? Hell yes. Build some muscle and enjoy it.

But give yourself credit for what that body can DO, too.

That’s what we’re building in EVOLVE. Strength you can see, feel, and actually use.

Come train with us. Link in bio. 💪😜

Hours of cardio. No thanks. What's better for fat loss?

The best thing you can do for your body is something as simple as WALKING.

Yep. Walking. I said it. Don't underestimate what those daily steps can do for your fat loss goals.

Seriously. Here's why I'm such a big fan of combining heavy lifting with walking to accelerate fat loss. 👇

MUSCLE changes the shape of your body. It makes you stronger, supports your metabolism, and when lifting your keeps burning calories up to 48 hours post workout baby. Build em' strong.

WALKING IS LOW INTENSITY which means your body can focus on using fat for fuel compared to higher intensity exercise.

AND DON'T FORGET YOUR RECOVERY DAYS.
Just because you're taking a day off lifting doesn't mean you need to spend the entire day sitting on your ass. 😜 Get outside. Go for a longer walk. Keep your body moving.

You're giving your muscles a break from heavy training while still getting the benefits of physical activity. Plus, sometimes a good walk is exactly what you need to loosen up, clear your head, and feel better.

THEN THERE'S THE BENEFIT OF SIMPLY BEING OUTSIDE.
Fresh air. Sunshine. A change of scenery. Put your phone away for a bit. Enjoy a walk with your baby. Take the dog. Walk with your partner. Explore a trail.

Movement doesn't always have to feel like a workout to be doing something good for your body.

And here's something else worth remembering...
You don't have to exhaust yourself every single day to get results.

Lift heavy. Challenge your muscles. Take your recovery seriously. AND WALK.

15 minutes. 30 minutes. An hour on your days off if you feel up to it. It all adds up.

And when you're looking at building a body that's going to carry you through the next 20, 30, or 40 years, those daily habits matter.

Build muscle in the gym. Build movement into your LIFE.

That's the kind of fitness we're after at Lift. Life. Longevity. 💪❤️

3 ways to FEEL BETTER STARTING TODAY 👇

And they are simple. Not quick fixes, not hard to do, just things you can do STARTING TODAY to change how you feel when you wake up tomorrow.

And best of all... if you continue to repeat these, by staying consistent, you're only going to feel better and better and... you get it. 😉

What are they?
Ready...

1. Protein.
Increasing your protein intake not only keeps you feeling full for longer so you'll be much less likely to grab those sugary snacks (or meals) you keep eating, but also fires up dopamine in your brain for alertness and builds on being in a damn good mood. 😊 So rather than spikes of insulin throughout the day from high carb foods, your higher protein intake will stabilize your blood sugar giving you steady energy throughout your day. Good energy and a good mood sounds like a great day! Choose fish, beef, chicken, turkey, Greek yogurt, eggs and cottage cheese. These are only a few.

2. Sleep.
Studies show the average adult should sleep at least 7 hours a night. Are you? I know sometimes short sleeps can happen, but on average if your sleep is only 6 hours every night, that can cause a lot of brain fog. Brain fog = feeling crummy. It may only be an hour less than the recommended, but when you add that up over time it makes a huugggeee difference. Make sleep a priority. Choose a bed time and start going to bed at that time. Your body will thank you.

3. Your breath.
Every day there are so many little things grabbing our attention, and when you're not taking time to settle down and focus on your breath you are going on through life without living in the present moment. Distractions are pulling you away from what is happening NOW which is reducing your productivity and increasing stress. Start with 3 breaths a day. Then try 10. Eventually move into 5 minutes a day, sitting in stillness and focusing only on your breath. This alone will make you feel SO GOOD.

Save this.

This is your reminder of how simple it is to start waking up feeling better and exactly what you can do each day.

Do these for 30 days then send us a message or comment below and let us know how you feel.

YOUR ANKLES DON’T GET TO RUIN SQUATS. 😜

If your ankles are tight, squatting can feel way harder than it needs to.

Put your heels on a plate and suddenly you need less movement at the ankle, which can make it a whole lot easier to sit deeper and stay more upright.

AND… bonus.

That more upright position also makes your quads work harder.

So the plate actually has a purpose. 😜

And this is exactly why random workouts only get you so far. You don’t need a ton of different exercises.

You need to know which variation makes sense for YOU, how to progress it, and what to do next.

That’s what we do inside LLL training.

No guessing.
No bouncing from workout to workout.
No collecting 400 saved Reels you never actually use.

Just a clear plan to help you get stronger.

If you’re ready to stop searching and actually start training, you’ll find EVOLVE through the link in our bio.

I want to be 80 and still carrying all 6 grocery bags in one trip. 😂💪
That takes strength. And I’m working on keeping mine.

If this reel convinced you to start lifting but you’re thinking “okay, what do I actually DO?” that’s where EVOLVE comes in.

Open the app. See your workout. Do the work.
You’ll follow a structured strength plan, starting with the foundations and building on them as you go.

Head to the link in our bio and click EVOLVE. Let’s get you lifting. 💪
