A complete year-round training program which will make the athlete faster, stronger and a more explosive hockey player.


2 separating skills for elite hockey or developing hockey players is pull away speed and strength, This is our focus!



Program includes:


4 speed and fitness workouts a month (small group 4 max per practice) sessions are 1 hr long and focus on speed primarily and strength secondly


Complimentary gym membership to workout as per assigned program for age and skill


We focus solely on improving speed and mobility so you see a progression early and often

Times are 9-1 Saturday and Sunday
Weekdays 6 pm
