🔥 🔥 Reminder - You will receive an email from NextLevel Metrics 2 days before your scheduled VO2 test appointment for final details and reminders. If you haven't received one, please check your Junk/Spam Folders.

If ONE DAY BEFORE your appointment you still haven't received it, send a note to: [email protected] and we'll confirm.

We have a tight schedule for VO2 Max Testing that we can't bend at all. Please ensure you complete the above noted request.

IMPORTANT information regarding your physicals.

Please check your email and JUNK/SPAM mail. By now you would have received two emails - first email is for the link/form for your V02 test.

This has to be filled out ASAP or you stand a chance of losing your appointment.

Second email is your job related testing forms. Read the email, print the documents provided in this email. Ensure all pages are filled out. These documents are required for you to participate in the job related tasks. Failure to do so may cause your appointment to be cancelled and given to someone on the waiting list.

VERY IMPORTANT READ BOTH EMAILS FOR DIRECTIONS AND LOACTIONS OF EACH TEST.

Currently all job related testing slots have been filled for the upcoming SJRFD recruitment. We're currently establishing a waiting list with the potential of one more day being added based on demand". If you wish to be added to the waiting list contact [email protected]. ATTENTION: All clients who are participating in the VO2 max Testing, be advised this will be your final reminder to complete your VO2 testing link form.

Multiple reminders have been sent by email correspondence. If you do not complete the required forms you will now potentially lose your appointment slot and associated costs. If you did not recieve the forms or correspondence please check your junk/spam mail.

Be advised: You should have recieved your documentation with information regarding your V02 max testing. These documents must be filled out and submitted before your testing date. If documents have not been submitted pre-testing you will be unable to complete VO2 Max test.
