Healthy eating doesn’t have to feel restrictive — and with my program, it doesn’t.

This is about learning how to actually enjoy the food that fuels you. Meals that taste good, keep you satisfied, and support your goals without the guilt, the stress, or the “all or nothing” mindset.

There’s never going to be a “right time.” Not when you’re a hockey mom.
