By focusing on both body and mind, he helps clients create habits that support greater energy, vitality, performance, and healthy aging.

Tudor’s passion for health and wellness began at an early age through athletics and competitive sport. Having participated in a variety of sports before specializing in the 400m event, he experienced firsthand how proper training, conditioning, recovery, and nutrition can enhance performance, prevent injury, and improve overall well-being.
This passion led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, where he developed a deeper understanding of the powerful connection between nutrition, health, and human performance. Over the years, his curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning have led him to explore a wide range of exercise modalities, recovery techniques, mindset practices, biohacking strategies, and longevity protocols.
While every client receives a personalized approach tailored to their unique goals and lifestyle, Tudor’s philosophy remains the same: true health is not achieved through quick fixes or short-term solutions.
