👋If you’re new here, this is probably the most important thing to know about me:
I don’t teach this work because I read about it in a book…I teach it because I lived it.
For a long time, I believed high performance meant pushing harder, tolerating more, staying disciplined, and finding another gear when things got difficult.
And to be clear, I still believe in challenge. In fact, I live for it!
I still believe in hard work, pushing limits, seeing everything we’re capable of. Because being a human is badass, and we came here to LIVE and to experience it all
What changed really was my relationship with my body while still doing all of it.
A severe concussion forced me to confront something I had spent years ignoring:
You cannot keep asking your body to carry your ambition while constantly abandoning what it is trying to tell you.
➡️I had to learn how to listen.
➡️How to recover.
➡️How to move with more awareness.
➡️How to understand stress differently.
➡️How to recognize the difference between useful challenge and automatic override.
And that experience eventually became the foundation of The Ascent Method™.
Today, the work I do is about helping high performers build a better operating system underneath their ambition.
âś…One with more awareness.
âś…More adaptability.
âś…More resilience.
âś…More self trust.
âś…More freedom.
This page is where I’ll share how I think about movement, pain, breath, stress, sleep, recovery, capacity, performance, and what it actually means to live in relationship with your body.
I’m not here to tell you to become less driven.
I’m here to show you that there may be another way to carry that drive.
One that doesn’t require you to lose yourself along the way.
The Body Leads.
If that speaks to where you are right now, you’re in the right place. 👌
