Howe Sound Soccer League The HSSL provides adult Men and Women drop-in, recreational and competitive soccer. Squamish/Whistler Please contact us through our website for more information.

Howe Sound Soccer league is an open Men's recreational winter league which is played in Squamish and involves teams throughout the Sea to Sky corridor. The season starts in September, with preseason practice and games starting in August and then culminates in a playoff final in April. The league is looking to grow its numbers and welcomes all new players and teams.

Registration for Coed Summer League is now open!
Men and women (aged 18+) of all levels are welcome.
Every Thursday July 2 - August 27 (9 weeks).
Game times: 7:15pm or 830pm every Thursday
Format: 7v7 Half Field Games
Location Brennan Park Turf or CapU Turf
Early Bird Rate of $30 until June 21. Regular rate $40.

Women’s League Spring Registration is OPEN!
⚽️ Early bird discounted rate of $60 before March 31st!

If you miss the early bird pricing, registration will still be open all season long at the regular rate.

FREE pre season training starting April 1st with a professional coach.
Games: April 21-June 26 (one game per week)
Tues @ 830pm, Wed @ 830pm or Fri @ 730pm
