We are SUPER Excited for this coming Saturday April 4th!! It looks like 'Mother Nature' will cooperate with some glorious sunshine and we look forward to hosting many of you for this unique event to raise money for Squamish Search and Rescue & Avalanche Canada at the Chalet on Brohm. We can shuttle you from the Seacan at the highway to the snowline and then we'll get you to the Chalet from there. Let's go Sea to Sky crew...let's have some fun and raise some money for the folks that help us stay safe!!
Shuttle Access
If you're traveling with the shuttle. We have two shuttles being offered to help get people up to the snowline and then up to the cabin via tracked vehicles. The shuttle will be picking up and departing from the entry parking lot as soon as you turn off the highway to Cat lake. We will get you checked in, and you will be given a bracelet to identify you as a shuttle rider. Shuttle departures will be at the following times:
9am departure.
1030am departure
** If you are taking a shuttle, please email us back with your desired departure times and we reserve those seat.
Shuttle Return times will be departing the Cabin at approx
330pm/4pm
5pm/530pm
These will be on a FCFS basis but if you have a desired time, please also let us know and we can put your names down on the list.
Sled Access
If you're traveling up to the chalet by your own means, please check in at the entry booth which is located at the usual location by the SeaCan, just before the first bridge as you get off the highway. Show your ticket and you will be given a bracelet to show that you've paid. You will need this bracelet to check in at the cabin and receive your food, drink and raffle ticket. Head on up either road, find a place to drop your machine, approx 7km, and head up to the cabin. Check in with the folks at the registration tent and collect your tickets.
All Attendees
Once you arrive at the cabin and check in with the registration tent and receive your tickets, you'll be free to roam around, check out the Chalet open house, hit the Toboggan area, get some food, drink and watch some riders hit the jump.
If you're sledding and want to get some turns in, get after it! If you don't know the zone, let one of the club members know and we might be able to arrange a little tour.
The Easter egg/Scavenger Hunt will begin at approx 1230pm, once everyone has arrived at the Chalet.
The BBQ and Jump Jam will Kick off around 1pm.
