LAURA, WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU!

Watching Laura step into the ring, put in the work, and come away with the win is something special. Winning is an incredible feeling, but what makes us even prouder is knowing the dedication, discipline, and commitment that go into getting there.

Laura is so much more than a fighter at The Sound Martial Arts. She is an awesome person to have in our gym, an incredible training partner, and someone who makes the people around her better. She shows up, puts in the work, pushes herself, and brings the kind of attitude and energy that makes our team stronger.

The hours of training, the tough rounds, the sacrifices, and all the work that happens when nobody is watching are what make moments like this so rewarding. We couldn’t be happier to see her efforts pay off.

Laura, you have earned this, and we couldn’t be prouder to have you representing The Sound. It’s an absolute privilege to be part of your journey, and we’re excited to see what comes next.

Congratulations to Chris on his blue belt! Chris is a Judo black belt and has helped our Gi and No-Gi crew tremendously with takedowns and the standing game. Well deserved!

And Will picked up some stripes before making the move back home. We’re going to miss having you on the mats, buddy!
