Discover the power of strength training with expert guidance in our 3-week Barbell Basics series — designed for beginners and open to all levels.
These classes cover the basics and safety of the Big 3 lifts in:
Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, helping you feel confident under the bar.
✨POWERLIFTING 101**
Looking to build strength using a powerlifting-style approach in a fun, small-group setting?
Powerlifting 101 will be running 6-8 classes per week, with more classes added based on interest.
**Lifting background required for safety purposes.

(Price includes the $23 drop-in fee)
Barbell Basics: $30 for the full 3-class series • Monday’s at 2:45pm
-Fee can be used toward future coaching or classes
-New members/clients only
Powerlifting 101 • Most Weekdays at 9:30am and 1pm
-$30 per class
-Buy 10 classes, get 2 free
These small-group classes are designed to help you build a strong foundation in a supportive and welcoming environment. ( Classes for ages 14+)
