Camp Summit offers a traditional over-night experience. Boys and girls from across Canada and all over the world, come together to appreciate the outdoors and indulge themselves in an adventure they'll never forget. Whether campers are experiencing our Outdoor Education program our Summer Camp programs, each child is sure to come away from Summit having had the time of their lives!

Last week we enjoyed 25° and sunny vibes with our friends at Sir William Osler! From stone-skipping at Anderson Beach to diving into team challenges, every moment was packed with laughter, and connection. Thanks for another great visit!

🌎 Happy Earth Day

Whether it’s teaching campers to tread lightly on the land, noticing the wildlife that shares this space with us, or simply pausing to appreciate the sunset at the end of a busy day. Reconnecting with the environment is something we practice every day here at Camp.

We are forever grateful for this place, and for the chance to help the next generation feel at home in nature.

It all happens because of our people 🙌
We are just a few weeks into Spring Outdoor Centre, and after an incredible first round of staff training, we’re excited to welcome a second wave of talented instructors to the team.

From diverse skill sets to full-circle moments with some former campers stepping into staff roles, this team is something special and we are sure this season will be too!

🌲 Now in its third year, the Wildfire Bootcamp with Lil’wat Nation in partnership with the BC Wildfire Service returned this week - and we were proud to host it at Camp Summit for the second time. It was incredible to witness the skill, teamwork, and dedication of everyone involved, and we’re proud to support their mission to protect our forests and communities.

BIG ADVENTURES START SMALL with our 3-day/2-night Base Camp program.

Specializing in that pivotal ‘first time away from home’ experience, Base Camp offers a magical introduction to overnight summer camp, creating a supportive space where children aged 4–6 can grow their confidence and independence.
