Camp Summit Enjoy mountain biking, hiking, climbing, whitewater rafting, archery and more - all in the freshness of Canada's Outdoor Recreation Capital, Squamish, BC.

Camp Summit offers a traditional over-night experience. Boys and girls from across Canada and all over the world, come together to appreciate the outdoors and indulge themselves in an adventure they'll never forget. Whether campers are experiencing our Outdoor Education program our Summer Camp programs, each child is sure to come away from Summit having had the time of their lives!

🍁 Another unforgettable week at Camp! We loved welcoming the students and teachers of Brockton School and Southpointe Academy and celebrating 20 years of partnership with York House School

Our team also took Camp On The Go, bringing a little Camp Summit magic into the heart of the city with our friends at Lord Kitchener Elementary School.

Every visit brings opportunities for students to challenge themselves, build connections and learn beyond the classroom. To our long-standing school partners, thank you for continuing to make Camp Summit part of your students’ stories. We’re so glad to be on this adventure together!

Some connections just click! We were thrilled to welcome the Gymnastics BC Recreational Conference to Camp Summit this past August. It was a pleasure to support their students and coaches throughout their time at camp and we feel so grateful to have been part of such an impactful few days of learning, connection and community.

We respectfully acknowledge that we live, work, and play on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) and Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

Today we wear orange to remember the children who never returned home from residential schools, to honor the resilience of survivors and to support the continued healing of their families and communities.

It’s early mornings and starry nights.
It’s trying something new, even when you’re scared.
It’s portaging a canoe, grilled cheese and friendship bracelets.
It’s where confidence grows, memories are made and magic is found in those unexpected moments.
It’s our home away from home.

To our campers, we are so proud of you and everything you accomplished this summer.

To our incredible staff, your dedication and passion are what makes Camp possible.

🥾 We feel so lucky to return to Juan de Fuca Trail this summer with our SLC 2 groups. There’s a special kind of magic along this trail, one that creates unforgettable memories and a whole lot of stories to bring home.

We couldn’t be prouder of all 44 of our SLC 2 participants for taking on every challenge the program brought their way this summer. From long hiking days and the sound of rain on tent roofs, to cabin placements, solo night and everything in between, your resilience and passion for Camp truly shone through.

🪩 Safe to say our Discovery Campers are officially hooked on camp! This year, we welcomed 50 new campers to Summit, where they got to experience the magic of summer camp for the very first time!

We’re so proud to be part of these formative years and to watch our youngest campers grow, connect, and make memories that will last a lifetime. We can’t wait to see all those smiling faces back at camp next year… only 365 days to go!

This week we saw off our 4th and final SLC 1 trip along the beautiful qathet Canoe Circuit on the Sunshine Coast. As summer begins to wind down, we’re taking a moment to look back on all the magical moments, from lake paddles to rewarding portages that make every adventure unforgettable.
