✨ SRC SUMMER CLASSIC ✨

One of our favourite shows to go to was a HIT 🔥

Thank you to Southlands Riding Club for hosting a phenomenal show as per the usual and we are already looking forward to coming back next year 💫

Centre Pointe put down some fantastic rounds in the 1.10m grass ring showing impressive form over the oxxers 🪽

Check Me Out got to play in both rings this week coming away with many great results in the 3’3” hunters 🌲

Shaitani and Klara Fielding also had great rounds in the 1.10m and had a blast galloping in the Ride and Drive 🏎️

Loaded Z and Lyla Steinberg had lots of fun galloping on the grass and they even made their Hunter return with some beautiful rounds! 🏆

Arielle Wolff and Remi made huge confident strides in the trot pole division coming away with a Reserve Championship 🥇🥇🥇 (kudos to Klara for the running)

Natalie Wolff did her very first lead line class coming away with her very own ribbon 🎀

So many wonderful rounds this week at the beautiful

✨ Centre Pointe put down some solid rounds in the 1.10m

✨ .fielding and Shaitani also had some phenomenal rounds placing in the 1.10m Jr.’s

✨ .eq and Loaded Z had stunning smooth rounds and multiple placings all week in the 0.85m

✨ and Linton stepped out for their first show of the season in 0.75m and stepping up to the 0.85m at the end of the week

✨ and Cadouri were phenomenal in their very first show together ever!

✨ Check Me Out stepped into the jumper ring for the first full show to learn the ropes in being a Eq horse

So proud of all the progress made this show and I can’t wait to do it again at next week! 🔥

⭐️ STABLE MANAGEMENT CLASSES⭐️

With the end of our riding season now here, it’s time to change focus towards the care of the horses outside of the riding arena ✨

💫 Registration is now OPEN for our Beginner Stable Management Class on Sunday mornings from 10 - 11:30am.

This class is designed towards kids from the ages of 7 to 12 who want to learn about horses but have limited experience around them! This class focuses on ground work skills, basic care, grooming and general equine knowledge.

* note that this is a NON RIDING class and entry into such does not guarantee riding lessons in the spring

✨ Platinum Equestrian Christmas Party with the BEST barn fam ✨

We are so lucky to have such a fantastic group of people at our barn who all support each other implicitly!

We also honored three incredibly valuable people without whom I would be completely lost.

Len Llewin who handles all of the round bales and has helped me keep this barn running on a day to day basis for the past 5 years. Easily outworks me on a daily basis and always gets to a repair before I even realize that something is broken. I am eternally grateful to you. 💫

Doug Machell who our official cat wrangler and is always at the barn with a huge smile on his face helping out everywhere he goes. 💫

Dave Wilson - our “head of security” and who I have called on multiple occasions in the event of an emergency, and he always comes through to save the day. 💫
