Hey Folks,

After careful consideration by our Umpire-in-Chief and League President, the field conditions have been deemed unsafe for play due to last night's rain. Of course, this is not the outcome we were hoping for, but we hope that you enjoyed the games on Saturday. It's been a few years since this tournament ran, and we are so glad we were able to make it happen this year and are hopeful we will see some of you next year. GRILL MASTER WANTED
Squamish Slo-Pitch is hosting a tournament this - August 22nd 8:45am to 8:45pm and August 23rd 8:45am to 6:00pm- and needs someone to man the grill. Flipping burgers and cooking hot dogs. You'll also be restocking buns, condiments, plates, cutlery and napkins and be in regular communication with our president and vice president about restocking and breaks.

$20/hour

This tournament includes 8 teams and uses a pool-play, double-elimination format. Pool play is on Saturday, while the double-elimination bracket starts Saturday and continues into Sunday. There will be only one final game regardless of the team's loss outcome.

Your Team Packages, including a copy of the rules, lineup card and score sheets for 5 games, can be retrieved from the concession at Hendrickson on Saturday at 8:45am.

To submit score sheets, the winning team will take a clear photo of each score sheet, showing the Team name and scores circled. Attach it to an email sent to [email protected]. All scores and standings will be updated on the website regularly, so please check there for game times, schedule, and all other tournament information.

PLEASE SUBMIT SCORES PROMPTLY OR YOU WILL DELAY THE WHOLE TOURNAMENT! Don't be that person; teams often find success by assigning this task to someone other than the team rep.

NO outside Alcohol or you may be removed from the grounds or the tournament.
NO smoking in the dugouts, pails are provided outside the dugouts for butts or your team will be fined by the District of Squamish.
Verbal/physical abuse will not be tolerated. You will be fined and your players or team may be removed from the tournament.
Individual teams are responsible for their own First Aid. The address for Hendrickson Field, should you need it in an emergency, is 39025 Loggers Lane, and Brennan Park is 1009 Centennial Way. The Squamish Hospital is located at 38140 Behrner Drive. Shoppers Drug Mart, London Drugs, and Pure Pharmacy are local pharmacies with first aid supplies.

Cedar Rock Wellness is hosting a Pop Up by Donation Physio Tent at the Spring 2025 Wrap Up Tournament!

They will have their well-trained and professional team on site to offer advice on injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well as some physio and sports massage by donation!
