Pickleball Squamish

Pickleball Squamish is excited to let you know about our next event which we are calling “For the Love of the Game” on October 3. This is a free event for PBS members but registration is required. The outdoor Brennan Park Pickleball courts have been reserved from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

As you will see from the poster, we are honouring Bryan Couture and raising money for Parkinson Society BC.

We are working on having a food truck at the courts, but if not, please bring some food to share. You will also need cash for 50/50 and blind sweepstake tickets, or we will accept e-transfers from your phone sent to [email protected].

There will be information about Parkinson Society British Columbia at the event, and we have also attached some of their literature to our event registration page.
Tax receipts will be available for direct donations to Parkinson Society BC through their fundraising event page – a link for this is available on our registration page, and here:

It should be a fun day with lots of open play time, goofy games (ever played with your non-dominant hand for example?!) and cheering on players in the exhibition match.

What a wonderful day we had at the Squamish Spring Scramble!

Thank you so much for coming out and bringing your energy, skills, and incredible spirit to Brennan Park on Saturday, June 13th. The sunshine, the great pickleball, the friendly competition, and the community connection, it was everything we hoped for and more.

We'd also like to give a special shout-out to our amazing organizing committee: Jaymee, Maria, Shiera, Erica, and Neil, along with Pickleball Squamish for making this event possible. And huge thanks to all of our volunteers who showed up day-of to help run things smoothly!

Announcement!! This Saturday Pickleball Squamish is throwing an event at the Brennan Park Courts from 10am to 4pm. The event will take over all the courts during this time, but the event is also free to all members and non members!! So come out and join us in this fundraising event for PADS. TOURNAMENT UPDATE
Green and Double Black, please make your way to the courts as soon as you are able. The courts should be dry by 1 pm. We’ll start around 1 if everyone arrives, otherwise we will warm up until everyone is here.
Blue and Black, come down by 4.

Can use help drying courts. If you can help, please come early (as of noon) with brooms, floor squeegies, old towels, whatever can move water. 😁

The DoS Recreation department, with the help of a few club members, is offering 2 beginner clinics at Brennan Park. Please share this with any of your friends who have expressed an interest in trying out the sport. The clinics are on:

October 1, 2022 PBS Social tournament at Eaglewind!!

Save the date for this fun, competitive and social event!! We will be hosting a round robin doubles event where people will register as individuals and play with everyone and against everyone! Individual scores will be recorded and the person with the most points scored wins!

For those not interested in playing, we hope you can still join us for the potluck and to celebrate a fun day of Pickleball and friends together.
