2024 Spruce Groves Strongest Scorecards!! Some Great battles in there!

10 years since we started, Another successful show in the books! There were some great battles in both classes, With some amazing performances in our 5 events!

Derek and I (James) would like the thank our Wives, all of our helpers, sponsors, athletes, and spectators for helping us keep our goal every show; To make and run a contest we would love to compete in ourselves. The community and environment we foster wouldn't be possible without all this. It makes the significant commitment throughout the weeks and months before the competition worth it.

We appreciate the growing support we have each year, and how many athletes competing nationally, internationally and at the World level get their start competing at Spruce Groves Strongest.

We're a week away!! We hope everyone's training is going well! First event will be the seated pull! This will be your order! Bottom of the chart pulls first!

**ATTENTION ATHLETES**

The competition will be held in the north soccer pitch in side the Tri Leisure Center. The rules and details will be explained at the athletes meeting which will be held sometime between 9:00-9:30, with the competition starting at 10:00. You will have to register and weigh in prior to the athlete meeting. Please allow yourself enough time to get there and be ready to go. There will be change room with showers available, along with an athlete's area in the arena for you bags and gear. Only the athlete and a helper/ handler will be allowed in the arena! No extra family members, kids, or friends please. We have lots happening and can't have too many people in the arena. There are bleachers for them to be able to watch.
