Blade Profiling "re-balances" the skater. Depending on player assignment, profiling allows for more blade-to-ice contact. A larger profile e.g. 11 foot will give you two inches of blade-to-ice contact---more speed, stabilty vs agilty and maneuverability e.g. 9 foot. Talk to the Experts at Smitty's!
