✨ MEET COACH RACHEL ✨

Coach Rachel hopes that every rider leaves her classes feeling just a little stronger, a little lighter, and a whole lot more uplifted.

But here's something that might surprise you...

She didn't immediately fall in love with indoor cycling.

In fact, it wasn't until her third class that she really found her groove and discovered just how much she loved the ride.

Today, Rachel creates a space where riders can expect:
💙 Positivity
💙 Joy
💙 Gratitude for what our bodies can do
💙 Plenty of sweat... and plenty of smiles

One thing she wants every first-time rider to know?

✨ You do NOT have to be perfect.
✨ It's okay if you miss a cue.
✨ It's okay to sit when others stand.
✨ It all comes with practice.

The most important thing is that you show up, move safely, and give yourself the opportunity to fall in love with the ride.

Because you've got this. 💪🚴‍♀️

Fun fact? Rachel was a bit of a late bloomer when it came to biking—she didn't learn to ride a bike until she was 9 years old!

Our last Just Lift intake filled many of our evening groups before the start date, and spots for our next session beginning June 22 are already being claimed.

✨ MEET COACH LISA ✨

If you've ever walked into a spin studio thinking, "I don't know if this is for me," Lisa gets it.

In fact, the first time she tried indoor cycling... she hated it. 😅

Looking back, she realized she was trying to keep up with everyone around her instead of having her own experience. But years later, one rhythm ride under a disco ball changed everything. She was hooked after one class and soon after earned her certification to teach.

Today, Coach Lisa creates classes where you can let go of expectations, explore your limits, sing along to the music, and maybe even bust out a few dance moves. 💃🚴‍♀️

What she hopes you'll leave with?
💙 A stronger body.
💙 A clearer mind.
💙 That "Heck yes, I did that!" feeling.

And if you're nervous about trying your first class, her advice is simple:

✨ Check the baggage at the door.
✨ Let go of expectations.
✨ Smile and ride.

Your workout should challenge more than just your muscles.
It should challenge and support your brain too. 🧠🚴

Research continues to show that aerobic exercise — including cycling — has powerful effects on both brain and body health.

Studies have found that regular aerobic exercise may help:
✔️ improve memory and learning
✔️ support neuroplasticity (your brain’s ability to adapt and grow)

Your brain is adapting too. 🧠🚴

Research continues to show that aerobic exercise — including cycling — may help support:
