I’ve had a few beautiful souls reaching out for clearings and support 🤍 Thank you for the gentle nudges to step back into my medicine and soul mission fully)

January was a season of deep shedding and self-nurturing for me, and to truly honour that process, I intentionally decreased my bookings.

As I emerge from this chapter feeling grounded, empowered, and deeply called forward, I’m opening space once again to hold sacred containers and support beautiful souls through the final stages of the Snake Year

It blows my mind that my beautiful baby girl turned 18 yesterday. The one who first made me a momma, my built-in little bestie from day one, the human who changed my entire life.

I’m so proud of the woman you are and the woman you’re becoming. Kind, sweet, sassy, loving, a little bullheaded, with the biggest heart and the most empathetic soul.

Last Wednesday I had the honour of participating in a Fire Walk Ceremony hosted by the radiant and held with so much love by &

To say I’m still integrating is an understatement… I can feel the fire in my nervous system still burning away what no longer serves me.

My prayer/Intention was to burn away the anxieties and fears that have been crippling me for far too long. That held me back, that kept me small, that said yes when I wanted to say no and no when my soul wanted to say yes.

This year has been a season of deep transition. A practice in trust. A surrender to the unseen. A walk of faith where the only clarity has been my next best step, that often one that looked crazy to those around me.

And yet… step by step, fire by fire, I’m becoming my very best self.

I know so many of us are walking through our own fires right now. Trust that God is burning away all that no longer serves you so you can rise into the fullness of who you are meant to be.

Let’s lean into the flames together. Let’s take that next best step into the most authentic, powerful, and expansive versions of ourselves. 🤍✨

This year has been about ending cycles… the biggest one coming up for me?

Living in FEAR!

I’ve allowed fear to hold me back from sooo many things. Keep me paralyzed and up at night. Exhausting myself with my own thoughts. And I’ve decided to say f**k it and dive in to all the juiciness the life has to offer.

Do I have it all figured out? Not a chance. Do I have some glimmers of some amazing visions pulling me forward? Yes I dooo!

From school systems to government agendas, from social media to beauty standards—even within friendships, family, and relationships—we’ve been taught to distrust our own intuition.

The thing I love most about my family? Everyone’s always down for an adventure. 🏔️🤍

This Sunday we road-tripped to Jasper and took on a white-water rafting tour with ! It was exhilarating—the views were breathtaking and the memories will last forever. 🌊🏔️

From my 77-year-old grandpa being the total badass he is, to the 14-year-olds stepping up and changing a flat tire, and every magical moment in between… my heart is full.

Grateful for adventures.
Grateful for family.
Grateful for mountains, blue skies, and sunshine.
And most of all, grateful to share these memories with my kiddos. 🤍🤍
