This student of mine plays tennis and is recently recovering from a grade 2 tear on his hamstring. Its almost a month now and he is recovering well. He is amaaaaazing!! He has always been fit and watches his health. Getting injured doesn’t mean you’re weak.. unfortunately it’s part of living and especially when you do sports, but if you take care of your fitness.. recovery will be easier. Its not just about physical strength but that mindset you get to build to fight such circumstances. I don’t fear injuries.. What I fear the most? Is to just allow my body to age the wrong way!
Getting older doesn’t mean getting weaker. It may be harder but it’s always possible to be the best version of yourself.❤️
