EC Elevate EC Elevate is a non-for-profit organization. Emma S Kuffar, MPH is Program Director and founder of EC Elevate.

We offer self-paced courses, consulting, and coaching, with referrals when appropriate—so you can create sustainable change and achieve your objectives. She holds a Master of Public Health degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. After twelve years in the health care industry, she developed tools and educational materials that helped people adopt healthy behaviors, recover from trauma, s

trengthen their identities, and develop coping and reflective skills. She has recently created two self-directed online courses.
