Offering 50$ sessions Available Wednesdays & Saturdays for youth, teens and adults, with support for:
• Sports psychology & performance anxiety
• Self-confidence
• Perfectionism
• Work stress
• Mindfulness
• Life transitions

💙 BRETT – KINCARDINE
Offering $50 sessions for children ages 7+ and parents, Monday & Tuesday afternoons/evenings, with support for:
• Emotional regulation
• School behaviours & academic pressure
• Social skills & peer relationships
• Self-esteem
• Autism support (ABA)

Mental wellness is an important part of an athlete’s development. Whether it’s confidence on the ice, performance anxiety, challenges at school, friendships, stress, or support at home, resources are available right here in our community.
