It was a great season but alas, all good things must come to an end.

We know the up coming snow and a few days of cold temperatures are going have people asking "why aren't the trails open". A few days of cold isn't going to repair the mess that's out there, we've got too much water on the trails now.

We've had to abandon our stake recovery efforts for the time being. We are hoping we might have one day next week where we may be able to battle our way through after some cold and before the mild temps return again.

This was on our 805 trail yesterday.

Volunteers are removing and storing lake stakes until next season. Landowners are closing their gates, and ask that you not trespass via snowmobile or ATV. Always sad to store our machines but we enjoyed a wonderful 2026 season and thank everyone very much. See you in 2027!
