⭐️ Mobility Workshop #2! ⭐️

This Saturday April 1st at 8:30am! (No foolin')

Last week we spent some time identifying ranges of motion/painful areas in the shoulders/upper back area. This week we will be spending the entire session covering:

NECK, SHOULDER AREA, UPPER BACK, WRISTS

▪️Talking about the muscles that surround each joint

▪️Testing range of motion, and identifying painful areas

▪️Exercises to improve strength in the proper position

▪️Learning about what these joints should be able to do, and how to get there!
