Fly fishing in Prince Edward Island is one of Canada's best kept secrets. My name is Cameron Ross and I have had a passion for fly fishing for more than 35 years. I have taken a few people out over the years and decided that this year I would start a fly fishing adventure in the eastern part of the Island. Our mineral rich spring fed streams keep our brooks cool all year round which makes for prefect conditions for trout. Let me take you to some of most unique fishing holes you will ever see and always remember. Whether you want to wade in a stream and fish for Atlantic Salmon or hit the brooks for some huge Brook Trout, or maybe troll one of our many ponds in a small boat. Five pound plus Rainbow Trout give a great fight on the fly. Sea run Brookies are a lot of fun in the early summer. Let me put together a fly fishing adventure tailored to fit your needs. For the beginner I will teach you how to cast with a fly rod, tie a fly and hopefully catch a fish and properly release it. (after we take a couple of pictures of course). A nice slab my niece caught a few weeks ago. Strawberry blossom run. You can hardly see the spots when they get into the salt water. Gotta love sea run brookies.

It's Fishmas Eve!!!!!! Everyone be safe out there. It sucks to be a worm tomorrow. What a terrible way to go, multiple stab wounds then thrown in the water to either drown or get eaten alive. Some get picked to pieces.Let the season begin. Tight lines to all and to all a good fight.
