Summer had come to a close and now we are onto "winter" hours!! Week days stay the same but weekends will be changed! Once again FOB members have 24/7 access so doesn't affect you at all!!

Female: 1st place Valerie Arnold, 2nd place Jordyn Knight, 3rd place Robyn Nahal. You all did amazing!!!!

September is already here tomorrow so let's start the new month off strong with a push up challenge!! Rules: no resting on the floor, if u need a break it will be in the "up" position. Staff member will count your reps. Must come down about fist size from the floor, and fully come up in "lock out " position (but don't lock your arms, safety reasons) !

We have a ton of LOST but NOT found by owners!!! End of the month is right around the corner and it will be donated so please pick up your "children" and take them home with you!! 😱😂 Enjoy the weekend!!!

A very busy Tuesday morning at our Shuswap gym!!! What a great atmosphere and great vibes going on!! We also have our monthly challenge and our smoothie special happening so stop on by!! We would love to see each and every one of you!!

Attention members and drop in people, this is the reason why we saw NO outdoor shoes, even just going out on the sidewalk , going to your vechile etc gets the outside dust on your shoes. We have signs posted all over about NO OUTDOOR shoes . Please show respect for this gym and the ppl that use it. We do have cameras going and we will see the person/ppl who track in. There will be a warning if it keeps happening suspension or cancellation of membership will take place.

Who's ready for another monthly challenge??? This one can have multiple ppl "win" !! This one is to go the distance and complete it without dropping dumbbell or having to stand up and shake out your legs!! This will be done outside on the sidewalk!! From our picnic table to the end of the sidewalk (in front of the body works office).... must have a staff member to witness it!! The challenge ends the 31st of July!!! Let's see who's got some core and leg strength to carry the weight and go the distance!!!
