Registration is open for the 6th annual Vancouver Island Karate Championships! March 9th in Nanaimo (Dover Bay Secondary School). This year there will also be a visiting Japanese team entering providing some great international exposure!

Solid results at the Victoria Open Karate Championships this weekend for us at Sooke Shukokai Karate - 6 medals for the team and a Judge A certification for Sensei Nick

Sooke Karate sent a small team to the Victoria Open Karate Championships this weekend - 3 competitors, 1 coach and 1 referee.
