Harmony Taekwon-Do Harmony Taekwon-Do is a member of the International Taekwon-Do Federation. Our motto is, "we train to fight so that we don't have to". Fred Hudson (4th Dan).

Harmony Taekwon-Do is owned by Mr. My motto is that we train to fight so that we don't have to. I like to promote a safe, fun atmosphere where our students can learn the original style of Taekwon-Do developed by Gen. Choi Hog Hi. Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art that is known for its extensive kicking and striking techniques. We teach self-defense, patterns, sparring and competition techniques.

Our testing instructor is Master Kurt Ottesen (7th degree) from Freedom Taekwon-Do in Prince George, BC.
