DKSL Inc. Dancin Kids Slave Lake Inc. Dancin Kids Slave Lake has been in operation since 1989, and with new ownership is being re- established as DKSL Inc. in 2017.

Their goal is to continue to share a love for the Art of Dance, develop potential and foster appreciation for performing arts. DKSL Inc. offers quality dance training in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Adult Competitive Classes and more to the Town of Slave Lake, Alberta and surrounding area. With a solid reputation as a studio committed to dancers of all ages and abilities.

Our goal is to ignite the mind, body and spirit of each student while teaching them the skills needed for a confident and successful life. In a fun and positive learning environment our instructors teach a variety of syllabuses in Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Acrobatics ensuring all students learn proper technique and progression. Students can develop physically, intellectually, culturally, emotionally, and socially through the discipline of dance.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our August Dance, Silks & Adventure Camp! We had the BEST week filled with dancing, flying, adventures, laughter, new friendships and so many amazing memories. We are so proud of all of our campers for trying new things, stepping outside their comfort zones and cheering each other on! Thank you to all of the families who trusted us with your kiddos and helped make this week so special. We can’t wait to do it all again!

OUR MISSION AT DANCIN’ KIDS:
At Dancin’ Kids, we believe dance is about so much more than learning steps. Our mission is to create a welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive environment where every dancer feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
We believe in building confidence, friendships, teamwork, and a lifelong love of dance. Whether your dancer is taking their first steps, returning for another season, or pursuing competitive dance, there is a place for them at Dancin’ Kids.
EVERYONE CAN DANCE!
Registration for our 2026/2027 season is open. We will be in the studio for in-person registration Tuesday, September 8th through Thursday, September 10th from 3:45–6:45 p.m.
Come meet us, ask questions, and find the perfect class for your dancer. We can’t wait to welcome your family to ours!
